SK Modified racing is one of the most popular forms of oval track racing. Riverhead Raceway facts: Riverhead Raceway is one of the oldest existing stock car race tracks in the United States, having been built in 1949 and continuing to be successfully operational today. Riverhead Raceway is a one-quarter mile asphalt, high-banked oval which also includes a world-famous Figure 8 course.
